If you are dissatisfied with your purchase it may be returned for replacement or credit.
 
No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA).  To request an RA, click "Contact Us" and enter the following information in the comments box: Product part number, Quantity to return, Reason for return, and original order number.
 
Customized products may only be returned if defective.  Request an RA and return product for evaluation.  If found to be defective, a replacement will be issued.
